Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "ff999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operators of the ff999 platform accessible at ff999.ws.
• "Platform" means the ff999 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, games, and betting markets available at ff999.ws.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any registered account holder or visitor who accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered profile created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the primary currency used on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any documents referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on the ff999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ff999 enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You are acting in your own name and for your own personal account only.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by ff999 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or affiliate of ff999.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and are not under the influence of any coercion.

ff999 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification confirming your date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Any misrepresentation of eligibility — including providing a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds held therein.

Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. ff999 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be closed, balances will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals will be voided.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. ff999 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3 Identity Verification

ff999 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you will be required to submit documents confirming your identity and address. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of address documents such as utility bills or bank statements dated within the last three months may also be required.

4.4 Account Currency

All Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The currency of your Account cannot be changed after registration. All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

ff999 will never contact you to request your password by any means including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from ff999 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You must notify ff999 without delay if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. ff999 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the Account upon receiving such notification. However, ff999 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have been negligent in protecting your credentials.

Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ff999 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All deposit methods are subject to availability and may be modified at ff999's discretion without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. ff999 reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time.

6.3 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to process. ff999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

6.4 Deposit Sources

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.5 No Deposit Fees

ff999 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which ff999 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals

7.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Withdrawals may only be processed to verified Accounts. You must have completed the KYC identity verification process in full before your first withdrawal request will be reviewed. Accounts that have not completed KYC will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

7.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. In cases where this is not technically feasible, ff999 will instruct alternative withdrawal arrangements. ff999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7.3 Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within four (4) hours of approval for mobile financial service methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are determined by your Account tier and verification status. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account dashboard.

7.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before completing the Wagering Requirement will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings, with only the original deposited real-money balance being eligible for return.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in specific bonus terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.

8.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on the Platform contribute equally toward meeting Wagering Requirements. The contribution rates for different game categories are as follows: slots contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 10%; sports betting contributes 100% on standard pre-match wagers; in-play betting contributes 50%. These rates are subject to change and will be notified via the promotions page.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

ff999 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing opposing bets across accounts to generate artificial wagering turnover; using automated betting software; or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, ff999 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently close all associated Accounts.

8.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated or whose Wagering Requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the ff999 Platform are subject to acceptance by ff999. ff999 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event where the outcome is already known, where technical errors have resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity.

9.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sports betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the respective game or betting market interface. ff999 reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits based on betting patterns without prior notice.

9.3 Void Bets

ff999 may void a bet or wager in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; a manifest error in odds or game parameters is identified; the bet was placed after the event outcome was determined; or technical malfunction affected the integrity of the result. In all void cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

9.4 Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the result recorded by ff999's systems shall be considered final, subject to review by the ff999 disputes team. All dispute claims must be submitted to [email protected] within seven (7) days of the contested event. Claims received after this period will not be considered.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ff999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit any game or promotional mechanic.
• Colluding with other Players in table games or live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain a financial advantage.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your payment provider while retaining funds or winnings from the Platform.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account, or any part of the Platform's backend systems, without authorisation.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your Account.
• Selling, transferring, or acquiring an Account from or to another person.

Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. ff999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

Amendments to Terms

ff999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, ff999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

The most current version of these Terms will always be published at ff999.ws/terms-conditions with the date of the most recent update clearly displayed. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ff999's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts.

ff999 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate, available, or lawful in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
